Return & Exchange

  • At Velza, we do not offer returns.

  • Exchanges are considered only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, such as loose stitching, fabric damage, or embroidery issues.

  • Any concern must be reported immediately upon receiving your order, and the item should be sent back within 36 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly share the courier receipt and tracking details with us via Instagram or WhatsApp within the same 36-hour window.

  • Exchanges are available for the same article only.

  • Return shipping will be managed by the customer, while Velza will take care of the reshipment of the exchanged item.
