Order Confirmation Policy

• All Velza pieces are made exclusively on order and are not kept in ready stock.

• To confirm your order, an advance payment is required. We will also need your WhatsApp number for order confirmation and updates.

• Orders will only be processed after the advance payment has been received.

• As each garment is specially made for the customer, we follow this policy to avoid losses caused by unclaimed or refused cash-on-delivery orders.

• Your advance payment secures your order, allows production to begin, and helps ensure timely delivery.
